AJR Ghee, a company rooted in tradition and quality, embarked on its journey in 1999 with a single employee and a vision to deliver premium ghee to households and businesses alike. What started as a humble endeavor has grown into a renowned name in the industry, thanks to unwavering dedication, innovation, and an unyielding commitment to excellence.

Early Beginnings (1999–2005)

The foundation of AJR Ghee was laid with a strong focus on purity and customer satisfaction. In just two years, our workforce grew to six employees, a testament to the increasing demand for our high-quality ghee. By 2005, AJR Ghee had become a household name, with growing customer trust and a burgeoning reputation in the market.

Expansion and Innovation (2007)

The year 2007 marked a significant milestone in AJR Ghee's journey. We acquired a medium-sized company, expanding our production capabilities and allowing us to introduce new innovations. Recognizing the diverse needs of our customers, we pioneered the use of container packs for ghee, offering convenient packaging sizes ranging from 50 ml to 1 liter. This innovation not only catered to individual households but also supported businesses requiring bulk orders.
Our container pack initiative was efficiently managed by a dedicated team of four employees, ensuring the highest standards of packaging and quality control.
Diversifying the Product Line
While ghee remained at the heart of our business, AJR Ghee diversified its product range to include deepam oil, an essential product for religious and cultural ceremonies. In 2023, we proudly introduced Mangalam Deepam Oil, a premium offering designed to meet the spiritual needs of our customers.

Achieving New Heights (2023)

The year 2023 was transformative for AJR Ghee. We acquired a large company, significantly boosting our production capacity and workforce. Our team expanded to 35 skilled employees, each dedicated to maintaining the high standards that AJR Ghee is known for. This acquisition enabled us to better serve our customers and strengthen our position in the market.

Graded Ghee Products

At AJR Ghee, we understand that every customer has unique preferences and needs. To cater to these, we offer three distinct grades of ghee:
370 Sbrand: Perfect for everyday use, offering a rich and authentic taste.
450 AGF: A premium option with enhanced flavor and aroma, ideal for special occasions and recipes.
650 Uthukuli AJR: A top-tier grade crafted with precision, known for its unmatched quality and purity.
